Hey, all. After reading about this program in a thread yesterday I’ve been reading it over and I want to incorporate it into my routine.
Stage 1 seems to make a good bit of sense with the exception of the Thin Tummy exercise. Does anyone have any further explanation on it? I tried to google it and came back with a few million “how to get a flat tummy in 30 days” results. lol

I think that’s exactly what is in the Awesome Abs article, but in that post he seems to be griping about how someone re-published his work without proper credit attribution.
I can’t tell if doing the exercise I should be trying to flatten my stomach as much as possible to create the thinnest possible tummy between myself and the floor; if I am supposed to be pulling to either side with my hands to create the tension to which he referred; both; or if I am completely wrong on both accounts.
