At What Level Does Deca Dick Happen?

This is my totally relevant response. We were talking about teenage road safety right??

What’s going on with you’re cut though? 2% in 3 months isn’t great by any means, but it’s still progress provided you haven’t lost much in the way of lean mass. Are you running anything or TRT only?

If TRT only then slow and steady wins the race. Cutting too drastically will induce a negative nitrogen balance, enhance post exercise mediated cortisol secretion (which trt will partially blunt… but nothing compared to cyclic doses) etc. there’s two schools of thought in relation to cutting. The fast, aggressive type and slow/steady. I’m more for the latter due to the potential for metabolic damage induced by the first option… that and if you’re too aggressive and you get to X point and then stagnate… where do you go from there?

Can’t give detailed response, on shitty old phone that freezes the whole time and induces grammatical errors, it’s infuriating dammit…

appreciate the feedback. Maybe I’m greedy? I dont know. Would like to be a bit more cut. Maybe I’m unrealistic as well with how I should look at 46. I enjoy all the feedback as it helps to inform me.

This is in the sweet spot zone for most lifters (excluding the 265 lbs and up classes). If you are too fat, you will be beat by a jacked manlet most of the time.

I saw Jacked Manlet open up for Foo Fighters at the Forum in LA in 1998.

Danzig?

MOTHHHEEERRRRRRRRRR

19% being perfectly healthy is not the case. Maybe if you got enough muscle underneath but the average skinny fat guys are not healthy in the sense that they are metabolically optimal to prevent disease. Other than that, 19% looks fat on every man except really muscular guys.
