What’s going on with you’re cut though? 2% in 3 months isn’t great by any means, but it’s still progress provided you haven’t lost much in the way of lean mass. Are you running anything or TRT only?
If TRT only then slow and steady wins the race. Cutting too drastically will induce a negative nitrogen balance, enhance post exercise mediated cortisol secretion (which trt will partially blunt… but nothing compared to cyclic doses) etc. there’s two schools of thought in relation to cutting. The fast, aggressive type and slow/steady. I’m more for the latter due to the potential for metabolic damage induced by the first option… that and if you’re too aggressive and you get to X point and then stagnate… where do you go from there?
