I train the triceps for explosiveness, not size (hypertrophy)…
I’m not a knock out puncher, but i throw fast punch that can easily distract a opponent so that i can knock I’m out with my feet or elbows

The enlargement of a muscle fiber is hypertrophy. the growth and increase of the size of muscle cells, Muscle growth or hypertrophy will be gained in the result of adaption, Training for power, endurance or strengh, - The muscle will still grow in size.
