He did not post asking for advice or even critism, I agree with Getswole, his original posts smacked of attitude and he is skinny and deserves any piss taking he gets.
All you liberals that are atempting to be nice to the OP and give him advice and tell him that he does not look skinny in his first pics are not doing any thing constructive.
The OP did not ask for your advice and jusdging by his attitude it is doubtful he will even consider your sdvice, even if it is the best advice in the world ever!
By the way OP the picture of the guy you posted with the beard looks as skinny as you, he just has less of a tan and a silly beard.
OP, sorry but your second picture grossed me out a little. despite stomache vacumn and what not, that is a bit too skinny. on top of that, you frame is too ridiculously small to carry a good looking 6pack. you probably posted your pictures here hoping to get some positive feedback about your oh so wonder 6-pack and reacted harshly when you didnt get what you wanted.
you are probably going to only listen to what you want to hear and reject the rest when they are great advice. you wont be getting anywhere with a mindset like that.
The second set of pictures, however, looked much better. keep it up
OP, I think this may set the mark for you to actually try putting intensity into lifting weights and actually eating to meet a goal. You never mentioned how much you can bench press, deadlift, or squat.
From those pictures I can tell you are in a very beginner state. For 2 years of so called “serious lifting” I think you need to pick your shit up and actually start thinking twice about posting your pictures and acting like hot shit.

It may sound strange to you but right now i think that someday i’m over-eating because 4 day out of 7 i have painfull bloating
maybe its just bad food combinaison but people around me don’t understand that i can eat that much in a day…
about the dips, i would love to do some but when i do them weightless idont fell the muscle working that much and when i do weighted dips i got pain in my shoulder articulation
Close grip bench press would probably be a good substitute for dips
Tricep pull down are defenetly my best tri isolation exercise for now
I recently started(5month ago) doing bi and tri direct isolation movement but always do them at the end of my workout. I should pay more attention to my tri-bi and i’m pretty sure they will respond well.
I think i’ll look bigger with a smaller bodyfat % IMO its all about creating the illusion of size. And propably would had look bigger if i took the picture immediatly after
a workout

How much horizontal pulling are you doing?

beside sternum chin-ups (The beginning of the movement is more like a classical chin, the mid-range resembles the effect of the pullover motion, and the end position duplicates the finishing motion of a rowing movement.)
i dont do any horizaontal pulling
I know i should do rows but my home gym is very limited

Then I wouldn’t do any type of pushing movements for a while, if weighted dips hurt, or else your imbalance is going to get much worse.
If you can’t do dips putting heavy shit over my head always gets my triceps a good workout. Try push presses or behind the neck presses if you shoulders are flexible enough. Just make sure to focus on lockout because as a general rule the bottom half or so of overhead work is shoulders/traps and the top portion is triceps.
As for the pulling, do halting deadlifts off of a platform and that should get your back involved.
I have never seen someone so globally hated so quickly, but I understand why.
You are deluded and have a poor physique, at least what you need to do is stay at 171lb and convert all that fat to muscle, preferably put on another 14lb and do the same, then you will have a nice physique. Also stop being such a asshole to everyone who says you don’t have a good physique because you don’t. You need to take this criticism and go make progress.
Vatic
p.s. I got flamed as well about 9 months ago I took it and put on another 15lb of muscle and am still climbing, I recommend you do the same.

convert all that fat to muscle, .
Sorry what?
How do you convert fat to muscle please let us all in on this amazing secret
I think he was kidding, at least I hope so.[/quote]
i think what he meant was the op should try to lose the fat and replace it with muscle…and then gain 14 more pounds of muscle… that would take a while lol
haha. well, to be honest, most thai boxers are really, small and skinny, and lean. I guess you fit in that group.
I aint talking about the American- thai boxers in the heavy weight devision you all see on… whats that show? where they got many martial arts and styles of fighting.
OP, i think you should aim to be Sagat. No you do not need to lose the eye.
Major Triceps Action going on there. Probably doing a HSS-100 Specialization Program, with kick backs as the major exercise.
