the sad thing is on bodybuilding.com which is a bodybuilding site, this guy would have a laundry list of 10 on 10 ratings for even having abs no matter how skinny. i fail to undertsnad how 2 similar sites like bb.com and T-Nation have such different standards and mindsets especially since there both geared towards bodybuilding.
and if you think im kidding go look at the teen pics forum on bb.com there are kids who weigh a buck twenty getting a thread of perfect rating. and when i rate them a 1 i get a bunch of pms saying im a jealous hater. i just don’t get them…have they no standards at all
this is what a 10 on 10 physique looks like on bb.com i rated him a 1 and he started sending me pms saying im a fag. i told him to post his pics here if he though i was just being a jealous hater…he never did

what i dont get is people who post a pic, then once people tell them there pics look like shit they say something along the lines of “well thats my before pic, im actually 180 now and doing exactly what you said i wasnt doing”. give me a break. Then the same guys go on to never post there “current” photos. I bet this guy looks at this photo 5 times daily and goes “my abz fuckin rock!!”.
The only posts i see in this section are from dudes who have 0 posts, almost as though they search around for forums specifically to put there pics up…how many times have you joined a forum and said wow before i do anything i better get these fuckin pics up! Someone said it before in the thread but he just wanted people to be awwwed and oooood by his abs, when he realized that that is our goal but on a 220+ pound frame he got pissy. The fact that to him over 200 pounds is a steriod abuse look showcases exactly distorted his thinking is.

About the side pose, even I find it a litle strange and even non attractive(btw i was doing a intense “stomach vaccum” wich make my waist look skinny sick), i defenetly neglect my bi and tri (for fighting reason)i was just posting it to show the lats.
5000 calories is WAY too much for me i think that 3500-4000 cal will be enough for me

Why would neglect your triceps for fighting purposes? As a striker, they’re essential, along with a strong core and legs.
