The number of strength standard charts that are out and about has to be pretty confusing for some.

Relatively strong? I suppose so. Iāve been hired through most jobs on my stature, and exceeded physical expectations. Iām always referred to at work as āthe horseā, ābiggunā, and āthe wallā (a play on my last name) etc. So I must have something going for me.
Strong as in⦠where I want to be? Not by a mile. Theres countless people on this forum alone that can run laps around me on every lift.

Bench: 1.5xBW /375
Squat: 1.75xBW /420
Deadlift: 1.98xBW /495

By typical societal standards, Tnation standards, and maybe even powerlifting/strongman(woman) standards, yes. Iām hella strong for a 5 foot young lady.
Pistol squats are unique as a means to hurt both the knees and lower back simultaneously. Lunges etc are better advised.
EDIT: I am strong for as long as I can lift my kids. Moving target.
What do you think of this classification (sorry the name of the exercises are in French), to be in a category (Bronze, Silver, ā¦) you must have validated 5 exercises (no more than one per muscle). First for women the second for men.

Itās just goofy to rely on some arbitrary series of numbers on certain lifts to determine what level of āstrongā you are. If in doubt, call yourself not strong.
I did not ask the question specially for myself, I just took their classification to have an opinion on it.
