My arms are imbalanced. My right is bigger than my left but they are the same strength. My left arm doesn’t lag behind in any of my lifts. So I’m scared to focus on my left arm because, I will actually make an imbalance if I do. I’m pretty confused.
Don’t even worry about imbalances at this point. Size imbalances are normal, especially when you haven’t trained very much. They tend to work themselves out when you gain a good bit of muscle over a period of time. Isolating one arm over the other will more than likely just lead to further problems down the road.
Genetics?? why are you so worried?? its ot the end of the world.
If it make that big of difference add an extra set for that arm.

Thanks for the info. I’m not really worried about it. It’s just the difference is kind of extreme. Like you said it will probably even out thanks!
Oh and it also bothers me because, people see my right arm is so much bigger and think well he must masterbate all the time. I’ve actually had girls say it to me before.

Well, they found out your secret. Guess you’d better switch arms, huh?

Well then, you just need to find a girl who wants bigger arms.

Let me guess… Your right arm is 13.5" and your left arm is 13".
Who is telling people with so little muscle mass that they are imbalanced? You don’t have enough muscle to have any imbalances.
