Well, I set my classroom up today for the coming New Year. Aside from that, I am the strongest guy at my… home gym. That is all that matters.

That’s a universal declaration or only pertains to you? If it only pertained to you and I guess guys who have replied in a similar vein,why didn’t you let the thread run where your view only matters to u. The real reason is I’m an avowed natty who laughs at guys who beef up on a bottle and conversely shrivel when their endocrine system fails,hence the over abundance of estrogen being displayed.
This has turned into quite an unpleasant thread. I regret having taken part. As I am sure most of the other posters have. What is unfortunate is I have let myself become involved with such a prick.

Na it’s ok,I’m finding it funny. Same to you. Make sure your stories are more relevant to the thread next time and don’t poke your nose in where u don’t offer anything,and you won’t have to pack heat and call lawyers

Upon reflection man,you are right,I should have more integrity in my statements. When I say na I don’t care to read what I write,you are completely correct in pulling me up for picking decent and ignoring idiots. But in the interests in keeping it civil with who I perceive can follow a thread…
There are young women at the gym stronger than me. I had my heavy lifting days in my twenties. These days staying out of physical therapy matters more than being strong.
