i’m interested in starting the Mutation Series, but the one thing that discourages me is the amount of supplements that CT used/recommends. Being only 17 years old, I don’t really have the money to buy hundreds of dollars of supplements, and I believe that since I’m at this age, my testosterone levels are at an all time high (or pretty close).
do you think that not taking any supplements (except for a multivitamin, Surge, and a protein shake) will drastically change the proposed results? would i have to spend more time in each installment to get the desired results?
At your age you shouldn’t be to concerned about test. unless you know of a problem that we don’t One very important thing that needs mentioned is that SLEEP creates muscle too. After hitting it hard in the gym (Destruction), allow for a good nights sleep to benefit from all that hard work (Construction). Good luck with your experience and give a shout about your mutation >:^)
Jo3,in his “Bulk building program”, Ian King reported:
“There are many different training programs you can implement in bulking periods, but they should have a few common themes:
? Train no more than three to four times week.
? Use only a few exercises per workout.
? Use mainly compound (multi-joint) movements.
? Use predominantly free weights.
? Maintain strict technique and try to add weight from session to session.
? Use long rest periods.”
Add to these basic concepts a proper bulking diet and the few supplements you mentioned.
Enjoy the “Mutation series”. Keep us informed.

Hi, I’ve just turned 19. I can’t even afford Surge because of shipping so I’m still throwing dextrose into protein powder. I’m at the end of ABBH and have still had good results using a solid diet, sleep etc…
Our results might not be as spectacular as some people but we can still get good results and into great shape without supplements.
Just think what awesome stuff Biotest will have developed by the time that we can afford supps or need the T-boost to satisfy the ladies all night… something to look forward too!
