Starting Mutation

I was considering giveing CT’s mutation series a run to see how it works for me. But he took a pretty big ammount of Biotest suplements. My budget is pretty low, I can barely afford protein (im gonna find a way to squeeze out a few extra bucks to get GROW! instead of what i have been using), and am hoping to try creatine again (i was a non responder to basic creatine monohydrate from twinlab last time i tried it).

I’m starting at a better bodyfat (5’6" 165 about 12% bodyfat) than CT did(judging from the pictures), but i pale in the experience department. I was going to have a few calories off because im not as big as he was starting (keep P/C/F the same). Are the other supplements going to be that big of a deal.

Another subject, his diet in that seems unreal to me. 60-65g and 20g of fat w/ regular food? Living off of tuna packets for breakfast and lunch? I’ll do what it takes, but i was hoping to enjoy the “regular food” meals.

I follow the Mutation I to the letter. I jazz up the tuna with a teaspoon of low fat mayo and a lttle onion. Use chicken or beef. This diet eliminates cravings. Weight loss is a little slow, but you will add muscle at the same time.

For supps just stick to the Low Carb Grow! and fish oil if your low on cash. I also add Metamucil, that much Grow! can stop me up, even with all the veggies. If your really broke Costco has Pro-Rated whey protein for $18 for 10 lbs, it tastes like wallpaper paste.
