Im about to finish my bulking microcycle on ABBH (just testing out how Massive Eating works), which, btw, went pretty well, so thanks for the help from various people who got me in line. I now want to do a short microcycle of cutting, and I was considering doing the mutation series. Christian Thibaudeau advises towards the end of Article II to take M, Tribex and all this other stuff. I’m 18 and I’m wondering (b/c I would technically like to follow this guide to the letter)if there is a point to buying these supplements, or if they would even be beneficial for someone my age, if I don’t need them, I won’t buy them. I currently am taking:
L-glutamine before and after the gym
ZMA 1 hour prior to bed
Maltodextrin (50 to 100 grams) + Whey after workout
Whey + milk before bed (milk to slow down the digestion)
and I just threw out my creatine because it was EAS junk that didn’t dissolve
EFA’s (fish and flax)
If there is no reason to buy Tribex or M, please let me know. thanks once again for the help guys,
