I hope he apologizes also. Just because I don’t have 18 inch arms the first 2 months of training means i’m not trying hard enough is absurd.
Yes I have been making progress. I started lifting February and didn’t really know what I was doing till June. I went from 12" arms to 15 1/4" my lifts went up a bit also.
Not saying i’m a beast or anything worth gloating over. aka not having pictures up. not everyone has the luxury at STARTING with 17’ guns, and strong lifts. [/quote]
