How does that make zero sense?
If someone lifts with poor form, the weight they can lift will more than likely be heavier than they could handle normally. Now, I don’t have a problem with that, but I do have a problem when someone thinks they are getting “stronger” when in reality, they are simply lifting more weight due to poorer form.
And is there a reason you would not like me posting here anymore? I do post in other threads, have an extensive training log, and this is a free public forum, so If believe that I have something to say that may help the OP, I’ll say it.
What the fuck is your dumbass talking about?
I wrote I agree with you and you write this? Is English your first language?
I agree embomb is more accomplished than 99% of the lifters on here, he misread your post, no need to get that angry.
So much <3 in this thread.

i’ll be impressed if the OP does some research and learns proper form on the basics and sets up a lifting plan that isn’t ego based.
I’d agree completely about form. However, I can’t convince myself to set up a proper program as long as everythings getting stronger whilst i’m still doing whatever I feel like.
If things start stalling, then I will look to take a different approach, but if my “whatever I fancy” approach is currently giving me results then I see no need to change.
OP, read MM’s thread (“riding the line…”) when you get the chance. A great set of videos and insight into a truly strong lifter ![]()

any more chocolate cake and you will start to get fat though mate, i think your going over board with all the cals and choc cakes a day, drinking olive oil lol , the choc cake is empty carbs its not going to do anything for you, you would be better of eating a few burgers at least that will put more size on you or just get some steaks.
buy the steaks, use the olive oil you drink to cook the steaks so u dont need to drink it and your still getting the cals from it ![]()
I don’t understand why smaller, weaker people are still trying to give this guy advice as though he isn’t doing a perfect job of figuring it all out on his own.
I dont get why you eat a whole chocolate cake man its baffling, just have a weight gainer and a burger or something. P.S i did lol when u said you dont eat the cake before bed, id love to see a pic of you with the raised eyebrow sitting with a whole choc cake and a spoon, post one up lol
Switch the chocolate cake out for some mcchickens and chocolate milk if you want to pack some calories post workout. (:
As the amazing AustinB said: his biggest nutrition mistake was “bulking” with more carbs, less protein.
Eating a crap load of carbs (and chocolate cake at that) is just eating like a sedentary, fat kid. Protein is where you’re going to get the muscle, carbs will give you energy but guess how it’s going to be stored with such an excess of it each day.

Don’t worry I AM getting a shit load of protein. But choc cake & olive oil are simply to bulk my cals up. You couldn’t get enough clean cals from simply proper eating… not as many as I feel I need with my lifestyle anyway. Got to make this quick though, g2 go to a lecture in a minute — more walking ffs.
But yes i’m also polishing off in a day atm
6 pints of milk
20 eggs
2 steaks
1 whole huge pack of monkey nuts – which is like 3000 calories
and 5 protein shakes
i’m getting plenty of protein lol
- whatever protein I get from my shit sources of food, like pizza, cake e.t.c
Hope to get 21" arms within half a year max.
yes it shard to get all the needed cals from foods, so just bung into a blender 100g oats , a banana, 2 scoops of chocolate whey and 300ml milk or so. just an example of what u can have after your workout instead of that cake
