Don’t worry I AM getting a shit load of protein. But choc cake & olive oil are simply to bulk my cals up. You couldn’t get enough clean cals from simply proper eating… not as many as I feel I need with my lifestyle anyway. Got to make this quick though, g2 go to a lecture in a minute — more walking ffs.

But yes i’m also polishing off in a day atm

6 pints of milk
20 eggs
2 steaks
1 whole huge pack of monkey nuts – which is like 3000 calories
and 5 protein shakes

OP: Chocolate milk, steak, beef. All calorie dense, all better choices then chocolate cake. You can absolutely eat pretty clean while bulking and taking in 6000 calories a day.

i agree, hence me only reading here for months before posting as most things are scrutinized to minutist detail. i agree with what you said though about steaks and choc milk, thats the only thing im trying to tell him. :slight_smile:

It’s a tradeoff. OP, if you want to eat chocolate cake, by all means, have at it. If strength is your goal, great, you’ll get big and strong, but if bodybuilding is your goal, there is more to it than you think.

OP you are starting out with a lot of strength/size. Its awesome, but doesn’t reflect how hard you or anyone else is trying.

With that said, you’re right, most people don’t try that hard, and most people don’t make much progress.

Finally, the guy who “attacked you about ur burger king arms” has a pretty fucking sick physique, so don’t go attacking dudes who are out of your league. You don’t shoot at the same baskets as this guy yet.
