How does that make zero sense?
If someone lifts with poor form, the weight they can lift will more than likely be heavier than they could handle normally. Now, I don’t have a problem with that, but I do have a problem when someone thinks they are getting “stronger” when in reality, they are simply lifting more weight due to poorer form.
And is there a reason you would not like me posting here anymore? I do post in other threads, have an extensive training log, and this is a free public forum, so If believe that I have something to say that may help the OP, I’ll say it.

I’d agree completely about form. However, I can’t convince myself to set up a proper program as long as everythings getting stronger whilst i’m still doing whatever I feel like.
If things start stalling, then I will look to take a different approach, but if my “whatever I fancy” approach is currently giving me results then I see no need to change.
You may regret that later. Using a workout plan that isn’t balanced could lead to imbalances and injuries later. I didn’t take a look at your routine, but if Meat suggests changing it, I’d seriously listen up. That man knows his shit.
To be fair OP, with you only lifting for 2 months, most everything is going to grow/get stronger regardless of what type of training your doing. So yes “whatever I fancy” type training will work as well, but you could possibly be missing out on a lot of gains because you’re neglecting various things that a program might encompass.
An analogy would be that you have a super car that can go 500 kmh, yet you won’t take it out of 2nd gear and are only going 100 kmh. A program might allow you take full advantage of the state your body is in (noob gaining mode) and allow you to run up at that 500 kmh.

Much love to all.

What the fuck is your dumbass talking about?
I wrote I agree with you and you write this? Is English your first language?
Ya, I misread that part…sorry about that.

You might be making gains like this, but you could also be developing imbalances that can lead to injury or at the least suboptimal gains. What are your goals? One thing I wish I did when I first started out was use a proven weightlifting program.
so no front squat and pull ups vid?.. shit, for me fronts are pure strength exercise, more than Deadlift - that can be determined by the proper genetics to do it. And pullups, when I really started doing them for real (about 3/4 moths ago) I can’t do them more than 15 now, and I am lighter and more athletic person than OP is. So I was curious what it looks like.
And about all what this tread done:
For me that’s a simple curiosity more than frustration or jealousy (like few said to “all haters” here). First pages of this tread are quite logic, cause OP came here like an completely idiot & classic troll. So he gets what he deserves… AFTER THAT he posted vids. Deadlift & especially curls are great if he trains for only 2 months for real.
I must say that he is stronger than me in those lifts, but hey! BB is also about symmetric and good bulk & cut relations (and in my opinion reduction is hell more difficult than bulking). Eating tons of crap (pizzas, burgers, chocolate) is much easier than eating rice & chicken all day long.
So I don’t need to be ashame of anything, and title of this thread didn’t make me frustrated or jealous, it simple make me anger - cause after “2 months” he don’t have right to said that I’m pussy, simple cause I’m not a strong fat ass… And I’m (I hope that not only one) who have photos in profile up to date so I don’t need to apologize for ANYTHING.
And if OP really cares about my opinion (after what I wrote above): I think that he’s little to much ego lifter, and all those eating crap like chocolate cake, fast-foods is not an good idea when you seem to be fat and naturally very strong. Also, contusions can broke down all you’re progress in one day. Training wise for 10 years will give you more than 2 months with all those have lifts.
cheers…
like the guy said…if he runs into problems, he will adapt…
leave him be…you can’t apply your knowledge of training to someone like him…he will figure it out…

Gee great advice average-weight-at-average-height-with-average-sedentary-bodyfat-guy, I’m sure everybody really wants to hear your opinion on how to be big and strong.

I appreciate the concern. But THIS REALLY IS MY LAST POST. I’m not trying to ignore anyone from here-on in. I will start a training log w/vids and that’s that. Goodday.
Dude, just stop posting here. These fuckers WILL piss you off and most of it will come from people who will never even get close to what you are doing your first day in the gym.
The people who bitch the most here are usually the least impressive.
If you need help, I think you know the ones to ask by now.
Good luck and keep us (the ones who actually want to see you do better) informed.

very entertaining responses. Deadlift form is robbing you of a good lot more weight. The db curl form is not strict, but you are man-handling that weight well, so who the hell cares.
Keep posting.
I would seek out a powerlifting gym and keep going with it. The hack squats I couldn’t tell but you were holding a freakin phone for fucks sake. How about this. Lift for you, not the little’ns in here?
EDIT–why the hell are you doing leg extensions anyway?

Are you implying I don’t want to see this kid get better? Are you implying that I will never reach impressive goals for my sport of choice? Are you implying that my lifts aren’t close to this guy’s?
I stated what I did because lifting according to ‘instict’ led to serious imbalances and even a perpetually nagging rotator cuff for me. I want to see this guy succeed.
