I’m looking at having a hemiarthroplasty (non-prosthetic glenoid arthroplasty)on my left shoulder. Anyone here, or know of anyone, that’s had this procedure and returned to lifting? Looks like decades of heavy lifting combined with the pain masking effects of juice have finally taken their toll. They tell me there’s virtually no cartilage left. It’s become so bad that I can’t raise my left arm past parallel to the floor.
