Anyone Done Valeria Test?

Back in late December, TMUSCLE author Tim Henriques described a strength and conditioning test. Basically, getting 21 reps in the Deadlift, Bench, Weighted pull ups and barbell curls. I performed the test today. Here are my results
Trap bar deadlifts: 365 x 21 (I don’t do regular deadlifts)
weighted pullups at 25 lbs x 21
dumbell bench at 110 lbs x 21
barbell curls at 115 x 21

My total time was 21 minutes. It took time unloading the trap bar at the gym.

I believe, looking at the article, I did weights at the “good zone” but not elite.

Anyone else try the test? It was tough for me!

Thanks for posting this. I started a thread in the powerlifting forum for people to post their results since the original thread is closed. Nice effort.
