Hi T- People…just wondering if anyone is still combining all nutrients at their meals and not eating Massive/don’t diet style. How are your results…are you doin it for bulking or dieting…thanks Mike
i do that… it works fine except for the little amount of extra fat… its worth it to me
I eat pretty clean most of the time, but I still enjoy going out to dinner and having pizza, bread and cheese, maybe a chocolate chip cookie once in a while…or whatever I feel like eating, actually. It depends on your priorities, but I can eat like this and still stay lean enough to be happy with myself…and I still see great results. In fact, when I relax my diet I usually get bigger and stronger and feel great. I don’t eat for bulking or cutting…I’d say primarily for enjoyment and survival.
I’m so used to massive eating, i think it would be to damn complicatied to go beck to the old way now. Plus i get to eat like 2 times the amount of food with massive eating than the “regular” way…

As of this week, I am giving massive eating principles a go, but usually I do a moderate carb with little-to-no problem.
I’m trying to lean out. I eat mostly protein plus fat meals, and a protein plus carb shake after my workout. It doesn’t seem to matter what I eat for dinner, though. I get the same results wether I eat something “clean” or I have a Wendy’s triple with cheese. I also take a break on the weekends and eat whatever I want, and so long as I don’t gorge myself I’m doin ok.
