Another Stupid ? From an Idiot

… u asked for it so yeh im a senior and i moved to vt like a couple of months ago and their credit system to graduate is different from my old school. i need more credits to graduate then classes i can attend so they gave me the choice of taking pe on my own time at the local gym. I was told that ill have to make a log of my size at the beggining and end of 160 hours at the gym.

Ok so this is the part that sucks i havnt been goin. I have been on my home gym and stuff doin my own stuff and ive gained weight but i deff dont see much differnece in a picture. So for the next 30-35 days i need to gain as much as possible so i can make it look like i did sumthing.

OK and the reason i wanna gain weight is because im not fat and any gain would just make me look bigger not fatter. I know it sounds stupid and unbelievable but trust me this isnt no b/s and yeh about people sayin they hate it when people post short term goal, well i have long term ones to, i just need to accompish this first, if i dont get the pe credits , i cant graduate. I HATE VERMONT!!!

So, you are asking us to help you fake it, so that it will “look like” you actually worked out.

Why? Because you were too lazy to actually work out. Man, I’m disgusted. I also refuse to help. Maybe if you failed you’d learn an important life lesson… but I imagine you’ll squeeze by anyway and escape actually learning anything useful.

vroom you got me all wrong man i have been workin out and stuff just not as much as it was required for school… i zipped from 130lb to 140 lb but that was before i moved here i kinda stopped at 140lb im still eating the same stuff i was i just think i need to add more, and more time at the gym… im not gonna stop after this school thing is over at the end of the month… the whole point of me posting is i wanted to know if it was ok to switch over to that fast food diet i posted cazz i dont want any negative effect when i switch back to my clean diet after 30 days…

i am slowly progressin i just need some visual prgress in the next month or so… i can post pics of my progress since i first found this site … i have progressed the pics show before 130lb to after 140 lb i need new ones from 140lb - 150lb… omg… my situation is hard for yall to understand its all good though… ill do watever i can and then come back after my month…I WILL FREAKIN GRADUATE im not stayin back a whole year for 1.5 pe credits…

dude watever, i love this site and i do use advice i get… i just ran into a minor problem because of my stupidness… i know i kinda slacked off but that doesnt mean im a quitter, and ive already learned watever i had to … lieing and cheating gets you nowhere in life… and im not askin you to help me cheat that weight i gain is much needed anyway… my goal after this months school b/s is to hit 165lb or more by july 07… and i will accoplish my shit cazz im not gonna f*** up again…

Do you have a weight target to hit, as in your own size, in order to pass? Or, do you just have to be able to show that you were working out regularly?

no specific weight i have to look like i gained sum mass , fat or muscle doesnt matter to them, but it does to me i want to know if i eat all that mcdonalds and gain fat will i be able to burn it off after the month? or is there anything else i should do to gain sum mass quick… one of my friends said to take a shit load of weight gainer for a month and stick to the clean foods then stop takin the weight gainer after im done with school
… i dunno its sounds good , would anyone agree?

When I read the opening post, I though that this was a complete joke, someone pretending to be a beginner. I can’t believe anyone would eat that crap. I guess the basic food is ok, but all of that trans-fat fryer oil freaks me out. You body needs good EFA’s not that stuff.

3.SLEEP LONG
4.REPEAT

5.LIFT HEAVY & EAT HEAVY & SLEEP LONG & &REPEAT
Do this long enough to get at least 200lbs. body weight.Read Marc Bartley bulking article on his web site for inspiration!

One question, how are you eating 4000 cals of clean foods? That is a hell of a lot for a 140 lb guy to digest without any growth. Maybe you should make a food log, see if that 4000 is actually 1500. That’s exactly what happened to me.

It helps to organize your meals instead of “eating at randomly”. Eat every 2-3 hours, no matter what. No excuses.

It might also help to cut out the cardio for a month, and replace it with heavy compound movements like squats, deadlifts, and benches. Lift until you curl into the fetal position and sob like a girl. Spend your off days at all-you-can-eat buffets, and sleeping.

Then again, I am a noob.

I don’t believe I can imagine a scenario under which I could recommend a diet like you described except to someone I thought the world would be better off without. Have you though about how much good productive nutrition you could gorge yourself on with what you’d be spending on all that shit? Damn you could buy decent steak other good bulking foods probably for less.

At your weight, hard gainer or not, there should be no reason to need junk food to fill in any calories.

You should easily be able to eat enough “clean” food to gain mass.

Fat is easy to gain, and only shows laziness and lack of control. Some is to be expected during muscle gains, but why would you not care about how much fat comes with it?

Getting fat is easy. Gaining a significant amount of muscle takes a long time, no matter how much you eat.

Your body can only synthesise so much protein to build muscle, no matter what you eat unless you’re using steroids.

Eating clean foods, above maintenance is going to give you more muscle mass than eating even more calories of crap food.

You can eat all the crap food you want, and your body will still be starving for nutrients.
