My goal is to gain as much weight as i can in the next 3- 4 weeks, im thinkin maybe 1.5lb-2lb a week… is it ok if i take the easy way out and eat more fatty fast foods then clean foods?.. what im thinkin (oh i dont have a specific breakfast lunch and dinner, i eat at randomly)

24 oz coke 300 calories
2 hotdogs loaded 400 calories
3 glasses of milk 440 calories
medium fries 400 calories
bag of chips 400 calories
3-4 egg omlet w/stuff 450 calories
total 5044 calories

i eat sum other stuff durin the day, sum candy or icecream or random junk food, 4 glasses of water and i take the following:
1 cell-tech creatine formula
2 No2 pills
3 whey protien powder

some help and flaming please?!?!

thank you

Did you just say you eat clean?

yeh i said i do now, im thinking about changing my diet to that listed, thats the whole point if i should or not because my goal is to gain as much as i can as fast as i can , then burn it off into a lil muscle…

I’m thinking thats a bad idea.

i heard crack and meth can help get you seriously hyuuuge and swole. try those.

seriously though: you’d gain mass from that, but mostly in your arteries.

Ok, here is what I think would give us a better idea of how to help you. My first question is, why do you want to gain weight? If it’s to build muscle great. Second question would be, why only 4 weeks? I mean, Rome wasn’t built in a day. My third question would be, why those supplements? We all know that Cell tech is just decent creatine in fruit punch. The no2 stuff is garbage. At least your taking protein. The supplements are just that, you’d be better off taking fish oil and other oils, protein, plain creatine and a multi. The next thing you can spend the money you save for not buying cell tech or no2 is a post workout drink. Until you can do that, just make sure you get in a lot of meals after your workout. Read the site a bit more and look on here for some good high calorie shake recipies. Drink 3 or 4 of those a day and you’ll have high amounts and a high quality of calories. Any more questions just pm me.

Bad…Bad…Bad idea.

Why?

You are @130lbs per your profile. You should look at the long race, not the sprint here. What in the hell is 2 lbs a week for a month? Why not set an initial goal of 20lbs of lean mass in a year. Let’s say you have to gain 30 lbs to do that. That puts you at 160 after just 1 year. It is also quite realistic and doable with a much better diet than the one you proposed.

That basically breaks down to 2lbs of lean mass a month and 3 lbs of bodyweight per month. Reletively easy to do. You can begin slowly and get a feel for your caloric needs. You don’t ingest enough fat to give you a heart attack. And your in much better shape when you are through. Sit and think, 160 of good clean weight after just a year.

Then–do it again.

That’s pretty much what my diet looks like, and it’s worked for me. If you’re someone who easily puts on fat, you might not want to do this, but if you’re a former skinny bastard like me, this is a very functional diet.

EDIT: oh, didn’t realise you were 130 lbs. This would be a bit excessive for someone who weighs that little. Try to shoot for 3500-4000 calories; 5k might be a bit excessive. But fool around with it and find out what works.

To be fair to CT, Cell Tech in itself is almost post-workout drink. It has 75 grams of Dextrose. If he drinks a Whey Protein shake and follows it up with Cell Tech post workout, that’s 75 G of Dex, 48 G of Protein and 10 G of creatine. I don’t see what’s wrong with that. As far as No2 goes, speak for yourself lol. It worked for me and gave me a real boost at the gym.

Instead of eating total shit, why not eat nutritious food and then scarf down some ice cream, cookies, soda or something AFTER the good stuff?

To answer your question in relation to your goal, yes you can reach your goal eating that way if you really can’t up your calories in a clean way anymore. I’m not sure if it is the smarter way though.

I would rather you follow vroom’s advice and eat the junk after your regular clean food.

i am currently 140lb and 5’10 ok so the No2 was a one time thing, its really freakin expensive but it really works, the 4 week thing well i mean its continuous through the year i just need as much as i can in the next 30-40 days, and thats only because i have to look bigger or different in pics so i can graduate(long story)… but thanks for the feedback so far guys, this site rocks and the people hear are great!!!

I heard NO2 pills don’t actually do anything, but are in fact a placebo. I took some NO2 powder mix a while ago and didn’t feel any real effects from it.

Seriously!

Are you auditioning for the role in “Supersize Me II”. from the looks of your healthy diet, I don’t think you’re going to be alive long enough to see the premier.

Hold it! Hold it right there!

Most times I don’t want to hear the explanation for some ridiculous short term goal. And usually we get it anyway. But, I have got to hear, long or not, the FULL explanation for needing extra weight to look bigger in pictures so you can graduate.

I have GOT to hear this. I await.

Graduating from an eating disorder facility?

I despise food Nazi’s but even I would throw a big fucking red flag at this one.

You need Phosphagems.
