Ive searched around but can’t find much about this question…Does taking creatine while dieting make it hard to see how much weight/fat your losing due to water retention according to a scale? (im going to do a body fat test next week, but im really just wondering about the scale issue for now)

I personally think creatine is a good idea for dieting. The cell volume helps as well as maintaining some strength. I like stacking hot-rox with creatine while im on a modified diet (like t-dawg). BTW keep water intake high 1-1 1/2 gallons per day
Kookymonster, yes, taking creating affects scale weight. But it won’t affect skinfold thickness.
Take the BF% number with a grain of salt. Just track the mm readings from month to month. And make sure it’s the same person doing your BF% test each month.
