overhead press, rows and curlzz- i’m liking the carb back loading. i woke up this morning weighing 253…afer training i was down to 243. it’s usually the other way around for me. anyway… had a good session. stuck with high reps
highlights
overhead press 245 x 15
everthing else was circuit work.

try’n to look like you my friend.
spent the weekend cleaning up a couple of my toys. figured i would take a couple pics while they are actually clean for a change. the first one is my 2003 Harley Davidson Road King. I bought it as a salvage and rebuilt it from the ground up. The second is my 1987 Jeep Wrangler. I’ve had many Jeeps throughout the years. My last one was an '86 CJ. I bought this one becuase it’s the first year of the Wranglers. This one was a full frame off restoration. It was in really rough shape to start.

Those towels just do not match with that color of paint on the wall. LOL.
Looking swole, bro. Gonna bring the speedos out of retirement, aren’t you?
No eye contact, but I’m piqued by your peak. Looking buff big man.

you are sooooo ghey.
thanks hoss… i’m going to keep going with the weight loss and hypertrophy training. once i get down to a decent bodyfat level i’m going to assess what i have to work with.
i’m still adjusting to the low carb thing so i’m keeping the weight light and reps high.
squatzzzz
highlights
cambered bar squats to low box- long pause
worked up to 275x6 and then dropped back to a widow maker
circuit
walking lunges in the parking lot, leg press and seated calf raise
my conditioning is getting much better. the walking lunges didn’t kill me this time.

just don’t tell me if i end up in a dream one night…
Looking beastly Big Man!
I just put new pipes on my Harley I still have the dyno and the super tune to do.
Keeps motivating me to keep dropping some bodyfat too. We can totally pose together when I’m back!! lol
The gym on base now has a tire that’s like 400 lbs and a sled. I started doing some conditioning stuff with those.
bench’n- started a new bench cycle. our main movement is bench press against bands. i’m using the minis with a pause. i looked back and my PR for touch and go is 505lbs. i worked up to 475 with a pause tonight. definitely have a good bit left in the tank. hopefully i can match my best touch and go this cycle.
i feel like my body is getting used to the carb deficient training. i felt good through the heavy stuff but was definitely slowing down once we got to our accessory stuff.
highlights
worked up to 475 agianst the bands. i estimate the bands at around 50lbs at the top.
neutral grip with the swiss bar- 375x4…long pause on each rep.
tricep work

what type of pipes did you go with. i put a vance and hines fuel pack on mine. you dont’ need to dyno it with it. you can fine tune it yourself.
Did the VH Big Shots, She really has a deep growl to her. I have the 05 RK with EFI and everyone is telling me I should put the Super tuner on it and I HAVE to dyno it. Dam that is another 800.00 bucks if I do!
