I’ve lifted hungover many times but I can’t imagine doing heavy pulls (455 + 140 in chains may not be heavy for you but it is for most of the rest of us) followed by Prowler work

I have hit many PRs with a hangover. Don’t know how that works, maybe I just feel like shit and don’t care what I am doing to my body

highlight from this weekend.
took a few walks, about 3 miles each, with a 100lb weighted vest.

Weighted vest walks are awesome!!! All flat or anything resembling some elevation?

actually none of it is flat… it’s ALL down hill for the first half and ALL up hill for the last half.
a couple came up from behind me and the woman said… you have a lot of veins bulging out of your calves. she said it with a look of horror on her face so i’ll take it as a compliment.

i bought it from Elite awhile back.
highlights
front squats for reps, walking lunges until i found god…then prowler pushing until i was foresaken.
so…if anyone is following my log they will know that i’ve really been making an effort to get my weight down. i’ve been eating really well and have been incorporating a good bit of GPP on my days off from the gym as well as conditioning work after my training. i figured a good way to keep myself motivated would be to start taking pics of my progress. here are a couple i took this evening. they suck… the only mirror i have is in the bathroom.
i’m fat.
the pic didn’t show up.
