Is there any difference in dosing w/ .25mg ED as opposed to .5mg EOD?
I’m 290lbs about 20% bodyfat and my E levels were 155, 130 was considered high by the lab report. I will be demanding an E2 test when I get follow up blood work done next Thurs.
I would think this would even things out a little more, but I don’t know.

No difference, do what suits your other routines.
1mg wk is a good effective starting dose for guys on TRT. 1.75 mg/wk can be too much for many. When 1mg/wk works well getting E2 into the lower 20’s [0-53pg/ml], one may need end up needing 1.75mg/wk after a year or so. For some reason, more is needed to get the same result, even when the T dose, TT and FT are unchanged.
If E2 is pushed much below 20, there can be [unpleasant] mental effects, social withdrawal, crashed libido and some will get joint aches and that can also be focused on any pre-existing problems like osteoarthritis etc. Some are over-responders and will need to take 1/4 to 1/8th less than the extpected dose. 1mg/wk will hit those guys hard.
