JK what’s a typical day of eating look like for you? Number of meals? Also how much do groceries cost per week (rough)?[/quote]
The typical day during the week is around 3000-4100 cal.
I wake up at 5:20 and take 2 table spoons of virgin coconut oil and 2 shots of heavy whipping cream. (I also take green tea extract, cinnamon extract, R-ALA, and Vitamin D)
I have 60g-70g of almonds at about 8am.
I pack a lunch consisting of 3-5 eggs, 1 pound of beef (steak or ground), and about a pound of ground turkey. I eat on this from 10:00 to 13:00.
I get home take a table spoon of Virgin CC oil then Train.
I have about 60g of a whey/casein mix with 5g of creatine after.
Depending on the day I check up to see where I’m at with my calorie and fat totals. Then fill the gap.
That gap is normally filled with a pound of ground beef, 6-8 eggs & cheese, or nitrate free bacon.
I take some zink, magnesium, and fish oil before bed at 21:00.
As you know I wave my calories during the week. The picture added is an example of my “wave”. The graph starts on Sunday (lowest day) and ends on Saturday. I train on MTTHF most of the time.
Grocery bills aren’t cheap. I spend around 65-85 bucks a week. Some things last a long time (i.e. cheese, coconut oil), so I don’t have to buy them every week.
On the weekends I kinda make a point of not making my own food. I enjoy eating out for my carb ups. Sushi, pastas, Mexican food, ect. I will make a gigantic muffin from time to time. Basically the whole muffin mix in a pan. Then eat it with a spoon
Cheers,
JK
