I hit the gym every day except sunday, and post-whatever I did, I drink a protein shake that has carbs. I get about 20g from food a day, and 40g or so in my PWO. So about 60 per day, good or should I go less? My food carbs comes from an apple or other fruit in the morning with my eggs. My food carbs are ONLY in the morning, about 6:15am. Other than that, just trace amounts here and there in nuts or whathaveyou. I really would not like to ditch the fruit as the last time I went low carb I shit about thrice a week. Even with a shitload of broccoli and spinach and water in my diet.

I don’t eat it, at all, ever, and publicly ridicule those that do, but does HFCS have calories? I think yes, and will google this upon posting this post.

12g of fish oil capsules, with your standard amounts of DHA/EPA in it, 3 times a day. Too much?

I have acclimated to straight niacin and don’t flush anymore at all. Which sucks because oddly enough I loved the burn. I take 400mg twice a day. Is this too much?

Powdered BCAAs. I have some and take 1 full teaspoon (5g or so) at breakfast, PWO, and before bed. Is this fine? Add more? It indeed tastes like shit.
My goal is solely leaning out and preserving/adding mass. I’m still a beginner so I fully expect both for a little bit at least.
6’2" 235, and 20% BF or more. (no where near abs) I can post my diet if need be.
