Thanks. I guess I would have to double most of that.

Is he doing cardio and if so, how much?
Damn, I’m tiny compared to you and Amit and I still can’t imagine eating that little. I guess by “big salad of green veggies” CT means BIIIIG salad of green veggies. The only way I can imagine big guys would not feel Ethiopian all day.

Incredible!!! I’ve never heard of such a thing. 3X would be pretty damn good, let alone 4X. Great job Amit!

Badass. All the best, Amit.

Wow very very impressive. How long have you been lifting? Is this your first show?

Hope I am not opening a can of worms, but what does your AAS protocol look like? If any were used…

Yeah, I’m sure he’s going to come on here with his full name as the title of the post and list it out for all to read, lol

I hate you amit.

fuck dude you’re awesome

amitsapir, if you ever have any videos, i would love to see that…thats amazing
He actually did an official powerlifting contest. I know he has some pics. Not sure about a video.

The last show we did he was actually beating PRs up to 3 weeks before the show.

The PL training definitely shows in his thickness.

I just watched you in the 2007 Mr. Israel and you’ve come a long way. Huge size for a 200lber, super strong, am/pm powerlifting/bodybuilding, what a beast. If you can get your coditioning and precontest right and do well in the 202 class, I think you would be very marketable with your strength and size. Freaky is always in season.

This appears to be his first pro show. I couldn’t find the list of competitors commited to this show.

Well, he’s dieting for a contest - looking to get to sub-5 % BF (probably 3%) - in that case, the diet is right on.

Clearly, he eats differently when not trying to get that peeled…

hi all

thank you guys

any way the list of compititiors will be avileble in ifbb.com around 4 weeks out(the show is 23-24 of may)

as for the power lifting i might do acomptiton if the coach let me

as for marketing my self in the u.s
i whoud love to get some help if any of you guys now some1 in the industry.

Thank you for stating the obvious.

Amit or CT you guys should make a training video that will drop some jaws and help with the sponsorship.

Hi Amit, are you of Indian heritage? Your first name is an Indian one (at least as far as I know :)).

Best of luck on the show, amazing physique.
