Wow very very impressive. How long have you been lifting? Is this your first show?
Hope I am not opening a can of worms, but what does your AAS protocol look like? If any were used…
[/quote]
Would you ask an elite chef his/her recipes and expect an answer in a public place?
Use your head.
Amit-
Serious physique. It’s hard to imagine the amount of hard work put in.

CRON: That was a very stupid thing to ask.
Amit: Lookin good man…your going to do some damage.
CT: Thanks for the post man. This is always nice to have in the bodybuilding forum.
guys is looking solid. He’s going to do some damage for sure. Thibs probably putting him through some pain with clusters, rest pauses and all that good stuff I bet:D.
The guy is fuckin’ massive…Great job Coach…
Damn, nice job. Both Amit and CT, really impressive results.
Hope you’ll do well in contests.
If only I had a coach like that, damn…

No shit eh? I reckon the PL experience shows in his “density” and/or “hardness.” Not that non-PL BBers dont look hard but buddies legs look rigid like if you kicked them it would hurt back.
I suppose it’s a weird thing to explain since I haven’t got the chance [yet?] to feel up too many big dudes. Maybe if i go to prison ill better be able to explain the “hardness” of the “ze glutes.”
I’m sure he’ll do well. he seems to have a strong head start.

Actually not right now. Twice-a-day training, contest dieting plus cardio is already grueling as it is without going hog wild on complex techniques.
His morning workouts are regular, heavy powerlifting workouts using straight sets or waves while the PM workout is simple supersets.

Well, what can I say?
He has done a damn good job, and you have too.
It was mentioned, that you do PL in the morning, I’m a powerlifter myself… Anyhow, I was just wondering, how big numbers you can lift, with a form like that? You look strong as hell, but often dieting down that much ruines peoples strength.

It was mentioned a couple times in the thread already. Do a search buddy
I think this page or the previous page will answer your questions.

Thanks mate, I should have searched, yes.
He sure is strong.

The last bodybuilding show he did, he was actually beating PRs right up to 3 weeks before the show. He would probably have been able to set PRs for 1 or 2 more weeks but I didn’t want him to risk and injury and we decreased the weights at that time.

That seems simply amazing.
This sounds like a really stupid question as I think of it, but I’ve never heard that to be the case, I usually hear the opposite and am curious. Do you find this to be the case in many people you train or would this be a genetic issue of fiber dominance or something of the sort?
I’m assuming it is a strange occurrence with a mix of hard work, great training, knowing the athlete, mind control and genetics as with all things really.
Damn, he’s about the same height and weight as me, yet I don’t even look like I lift… Insane lifts man, I can only do about half of the weights that you use…
Good job Amit and CT
