Back looks great.

800 for a double is insane.

Is he still doing the morning powerlifting, afternoon bodybuilding?
Yep. I plan on keeping it in until 2-3 weeks out. Best way to keep his muscle mass up.

And he squatted 800 for a double!

He looks like he could.

I think he lacks the “X-frame” that is being rewarded lately but his overall size is ridiculous. If he comes in condition, he will probably win on that and his size alone.
Yeah, a wide waist is a problem of his. But it gets much tighter in contest shape and we’re trying something new to correct the situation.

His conditioning is not a concern of mine… all of his latest shows he came in with deeply striated glutes, which are coming out already.

Wow, looking great, just a spectacle…

Gotta say that there’s not a whole lot much more motivating to me than big guys who are also willing to express some of their lifting numbers… i.e. 800 X 2 squat. Sick numbers, and a great job all around to both of you.

What’s that come out to zero carbs other than post workout 100 g of pineapple? Jesus

That’s called ‘‘low-carbs dieting’’ for a reason!

But you are somewhat off in your math… nuts, peanut butter have carbs.

Made me think of Lee Priest

Good luck for that show.

You should definitely do a powerlifting meet! You’d be very competitive, especially in the 220s or under. That’s just sick.

Do you ever experiment with a squat suit for your deadlift or squat for shits and giggles?

BEAST.

WHAT THE FUCK…did i just read that you have like a literal quadruple bodyweight olympic squat?

amitsapir, if you ever have any videos, i would love to see that…thats amazing

hi
no i just tried abench press shirt
never got into asqaut or dead lift suit…
this shit are raly expensive.and i can bearly hold the bb thing…so intil now just raw for me
maybe in the near future.

i have avideo of me in you tube doing 370kilo sqaut 2 reps.so you can chek it out
il try to send it to CT too
and he can put it here.

amit

thanks alot amitsapir, good luck in your contest and training after that

Looking good, friend!

What country did you lift for? Did you compete at the '08 games in China?

(non-BB related, but the tattoos have me curious)
