I do not know which part of that you donât understand. Could you explain what you find confusing about it?
You need to 100% completely forget the terms bulk and cut right now. You need to learn to eat well, train hard, and sleep even harder.
Owh. Got it. Sorry. Yes, i understand now. Actually i got this advice from
others also. (Eat clean, train hard, forget calories) But itâs good to have

You need to pick 10 or so exercises and get strong as possible in them . Period.
