Am I Being Realistic?

“I DON’T CALCULATE MY CALORIES NOR MY PROTEIN INTAKE.”

"I eat the same every day, except that I add more carbs when I START TO FEEL SLUGGISH AND WEAK(ONCE A WEEK TO BE SURE). "

“Meal 5 is post workout. 2 FRUIT YOGHURTS PLUS TWO BANANAS.”

“Meal six, IF I HAVE THE DISCIPLINE…”

“I’d just like to add something to enable proper PROTEIN synthesis.”

“…doing one or two cycles of Primo, Winny, Anavar, CLEN, something to that effect.”

"I TOOK Omnadren, at 500mg per week, Deca at 200mg per week and Methandrostenolon at 25mg a day. "

" I’m 175 pounds, at 5’11’'. I have been lifting for 7 years."

Un. Fucking. Real.

What is your definition of “looking like shit”? I mean, do you lose your abs and think, “oh my god I’ve gained too much fat!!!1!!”?

Guilty as charged.

Look, I’m tiny. I used to bulk up to 200 pounds (from 160) when I was younger, and I was neither big nor cut. Some shoulders, a prominent butt and love handles. For me, that’s shit. All I got to show for it was some muscle and a whole lot of stretch marks.

Also… Why not clean bulk plus AAS? Wouldn’t that result in quality gains? What am I missing?

I don’t want to be an ass, but don’t you maybe want to get to a decent size drug-free so that you actually learn to get your training and eating right, how to bulk properly and what things actually matter if one wants to get big?

exactly what i was thinking. should spend at-least another year figuring out his nutrition and training, as well as reading up on AAS before doing them. Most people have no idea how powerful these drugs are and the consequences that can happen when these drugs are mixed with ignorance.

Bah, everyone’s a critic…

yeah and you’re an idiot if you dont take the advice the people have given you here. get your training and diet in check, train naturally until you have hit your natural plateau, then start thinking about enhancement. while training as a natty you can do a ton of research.

or you can just go juice the shit out of yourself now and mess up your endocrine production for the rest of your life. since you probably dont know much about PCT(just guessing), youll probably develop some gyno. have fun.

Yeah, thanks for the positive vibes, man.

I did my first 3x3 workout just last night. At first I thought, 15 sets plus warmup, piece of cake, right? Then after 5 sets of squats I was like “I’m supposed to do deadlifts at the END of all of this?” But I got some rest during bench presses, and have recorded my weight for all of those lifts.

I’m kind of worried about what this natural bulk up is going to look like over the following months. Everything has to be on time, the meals need to get gradually larger, training has to progress, can’t miss sleep… And on the other hand, I have a job, a girl, friends, a family.

But I still think I’l’ be up 15 pounds by the time spring rolls in. Hopefully, 10 of those will be muscle.

Dude, just focus on getting 6 protein rich meals a day and getting 7+ hours of sleep a night and you will be fine. Don’t sweat the small details.

Rock and roll man… I felt the same way for the 1st 3 or 4 workouts. You get to the Deads and you’ve got to really reach inside of yourself to crank them out.

Are you performing 5 sets? I tried to get 8 sets on all exercises. I accomplished it about 85% of the time on the entire workout, and 100% of the time on the Bench Press.

Keep it up. I’m in the 2nd week of Phase II and it’s a cake walk now comparatively. I’ve had to add sets to the layout the last few days…

No, 5 sets is cool with me. Although I plan on doing phase 1 for 2 months instead of 1, and ditto for phase 2. Really get my numbers up.
