All in One Confusion

As I sat here reading thru my favorite site today it occured to me that what i would really like is my information more, “all in one place”.

So at the risk of being flamed I would like to ask what are the definitive books that I can purchase, (and where) on the following topics.

I am 43. I currently compete at 220. I would like to compete in December at 198 pds. My workout is fine. (Powerlifting)

  1. The best book on eating. NOT dieting. I’m sure John Berardi has some books that might be the best way to go, but consider the above situation.

  2. I am also interested in techiques to get my mind right. I read a thread here the other day about not focusing on the weighit, but the form. I applied that at the gym with great success. But I can’t always find that focus and “zone”. Also, if someone can point me to a thread about great lifting tunes, I would be appreciative.

  3. A book on powerlifting exercises with diagrams or photos of how to do it. Ideally this would contain alternative exercises for those of us who are currently stuck at the YMCA working out.

Basically I’m a sponge for this stuff, I was just hoping I could get it in a format thats easier to wrap my old brain around. Please don’t flame me too bad. For instance I’ve searched for the tunes and can’t find them on here. I’ve also done some research on Amazon.com but am wanting your opinions.

Thank You in advance!!!

Oh - before I forget I currently take Grow! of course and am expecting my first order or RED KAT pretty soon. I drink green tea, I take glucosomine/chondroitin, a multiV and some stuff from Advocare calledl Catalyst. Anything else that would be of great benefit to someone with my age and goals. (Competitive Powerlifting.)

Hey I thought, “If I’m gonna ask, might as well ask big”.

Peace.

I’m afraid I don’t know about the books myself.

However, if you spend a bit of time collecting bookmarks on this site, you’ll soon have an “all in one” resource to turn to.
