upper body smorgasbord:

bench 10@45, 10@65, 5@85, 5@95, 5@105, 3@115, 1@125

(I experimented with keeping my wrists straight here, instead of cocked back as I usually do, which I’ve heard puts too much stress on the wrists. I can keep it up until about 115, when I can’t help but revert to my bendy-wrist ways.)

incline bench: 10@45, 5@65, 5@85, 3@95

chest press: 10@97, 3x10@117

hanging leg raises: 2x20@20

barbell row: 5@85, 5x5@95

one-armed DB row: 10@45 each arm, 8@50 each arm, 3x8@55 each arm (form got looser with the 55’s.)

curls: 3x10@35. My wristies do NOT like curls, ever, and especially not the slow, good-form kind.
