DB snatch doesn’t look goofy! It’s one of my faves! lol I keep trying to get up the 60 but it hasn’t happened yet.haha

60 is a lot! I was starting to get less fluent with the 35 (no longer fast and pretty).

Also, it turns out a male acquaintance of mine struggles to deadlift (with a painfully rounded back) less than I can RDL.

Great PR’s on the bench and deadlift Alisa - you have surpassed me girl :slight_smile: good job. Plus I’m sure alot of people don’t log in the junk food. I usually eat cleaner on lifting days because I am conscous of the effort I will have to put in and want every variable on my side. Weekends I give myself some slack. Can’t say that cheese fondu and wine is the cleanest meal.

I am certainly not a virtuous eater ALL the time. What fun would that be? (although, I grant you I am virtuous most of the time). The junk food I am most tempted by and cannot ever have in the house – Poptarts. Eaten cold, right out of the bag.

I advanced in the fitness challenge. (There are very few girls, though; no great feat.) Now I have to hang from a bar for time. Anybody know what a good time to aim for is?
After that comes a 3 mile run (poop I haven’t been running enough lately) and timed rowing (never did this in my life.)

This is just for fun, I realize, but does anybody see anything odd in this definition of “fitness”?
