Alessi's Meltdown I

Today I began Alessi’s Meltdown workout. This workout is significantly more difficult than it sounds. I did the chins and push ups with bw, and I used 225 on the squat and deads. I didn’t puke, but I certainly thought that I might. It took about an hour until I felt close to normal again. Great workout for gluttons for punishment like me.

Great and brutal program! Just make sure you stick to the prescribed rest periods!

Wait until you get to the second workout…it gets better.

This is, in my opinion, the best fat loss program on this site.

Great program. I just finished it. No cardio needed.
