The Evil Meltdown

I just went through one of the most brutal workout sessions ever! Meltdown Training is downright evil evil evil! I nearly passed out right after the Deadlifts and still went on to do circuit A for the second time… let’s just I had to leave really quickly before I hurled my Surge all over the floor. The thing is I couldn’t even finish the damn session without sounding like I was in short supply of air. Don Alessi is certainly an evil evil man  Anyhow, does anyone have any suggestions to ease oneself into this brutal program? Thanks in advance.

it is tuff…i felt like i was going to vomite as well… i stuck it out… i enjoy meltdown 2 much better…

Lighten the weights up a bit until you adapt to the program a little better.

Yeah, meltdown is a biotch but it works like no other. You could try lowering the weight, since you don’t want to mess around with rest tempo or you’ll lose the interval training aspect, the first time I did it I puked the first two days (MD6 and fat fast didn’t help much either) but I was using too much weight, don’t be afraid to knock off a forty five plate or two if it means keeping the tempo and your heart rate up.
