Advice

I completed ABBHI and II in July and had great results. I started quattro dynamo but got lazy. I was lucky to get to the gym twice a week in the past few months. I have my motivation back and ready to get back in a routine. I am planning on starting with ABBH I, then II, QD, and finish up with singles club. Any reasons why I should not start with ABBH since I recently completed the program? I need to drop bodyfat while maintaining size or even a increase in mass if possible.
