Thanks chad. Trying to lose body fat while packing on as much as possible. Bee doing tdawg2 since Jan. Very strict the first 4 months, the last two have been tough, Saturday cheat day has become a cheat weekend. Im really going to refocus on the twag2 and get back in line. My body fat has been nearly halved since Jan. 26% to 14%. Eventually I want single digit (I know, I know, not with my diet) body fat. Here is why I have become a CW disciple… even though I cut my BF% way down, and my scale weight has droped 30+ lbs. Im stronger and more muscular then I was when I started. Let me know what you think should be next? Also, any diet direction would be appreciated. Twag 2 has been great, the problem has been my focus and self discipline lately.
