CW, What's do I do Next?

Chad, I did AABH… Singles… ABBH 2… Now in final week of Quattro.

What next? Im really dedicating my self to fat loss for the next 3 months.
Been loosely following tdwag2, but I intend on realy tightening things up and being far stricter then I have been. My gains have been great following you workouts, should I just start back at the beginning, or do you have any other suggestions while I cut.
