I’ve done some running in the past, competitively. My advice would be to run, a lot. There’s really not a lot of training you can do to improve your running, other than running.
Runners world website will punch out a training program for you once you put in the variables… its pretty awesome.
This is not “Runners World”.
I’m sure there are plenty of forums out there dedicated to running, go ask there.
Jeff Galloway has a website that has detailed training information for the not so hard core runners which works great.
Yeh run. get yourself some good shoes, reely good ones… i assume you are well educated about nutrition so theres no need to go there…vary your training and keep it interesting.
