Advice After Surgery (Abdominoplasty)?

I’m having an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) as a result of going from 336lbs to 180. Surgery is all booked and is 3 weeks tomorrow. On speaking to my surgeon the recovery time should be pretty short, maybe 2-3 weeks until I can resume some form of exercise. I’m a powerlifter, so I dont expect to go back to ME movements right away, just light stuff to recover.

The only real complications that I could apparently endure are scabbing, which he says cant be helped. I either scab up or I dont. Pretty simple. The other is fluid build up in between by abs and the skin that has been pulled down over the top. Apparently I can reduce the liklihood of this happening by more or less sitting still and not trying to do to much too soon.

Is their anything I should be doing extra that could minimise downtime from training? I have a Glutamine Protocol worked out, that I will follow every AM to promote natural GH production. I will take Z-12/ElitePro in order to promote deeper sleep and the subsequent added GH release. I have my Superfood to take two scoops of once a day, in order to release antioxidants as well as high quality fatty acids/fish oils (Flameout and FA-3).

Diet wise, i’ll be low carb (60g a day, 30g in meals one and two). I get 270g protein a day, plus incidentals from trace protein in carb/fat sources. Fats are in the 40g a day range, working with Shelby Starnes, so the diet is covered.

Basically open to any suggestions on how to keep recovery to a minimum and get back to lifting asap.
