For those of you that have tried this what is up with not having a shoulder day? I know shoulders will get worked through other exercises, but I feel like they will be lagging after this program. Do you guys have and suggestions of how to incorproate some shoulder exercises into the program?

give it a go, if your shoulders are lagging when you are done, you can address that problem when you are done, look at this as a nice bulking phase, throw some added mass on, and then you can do some refining afterwards.
if you do this properly you wont have any energy to work anything extra.I have done it and I didn’t have any problems working my shoulders heavy after i get threw with the program
