I am looking to increase my Dumbbell clean from 36 kg s to 50 kg. This would be 14 kg extra on each arm . Possible only 12 kg on a good day My push press us a little stronger.
I would like to this within about a year. Is this a realistic expectation? I would be doing this naturally .
Also I would be in a caloric deficit.
The 36 kg is a muscle clean presently. I was wondering if I could drop under the weight , squat it up and then push press it.
Any constructive advice is greatly appreciated.

Will aim for be those 12 reps. The method thet describe i.e. swinging the weights a little is how I got it up. Also gripping the nearside closer.
