DL -lost 1 glove, so straps but no gloves and I don’t know how you guys do that regularly as it tore my hands up but good.
And I seem to attract the personal trainers to set up right behind me… like 4 feet… THis time she had her client do front and lateral raises, then repeat then on the 1/2 bosu bouncey thing. definately trashed concentration wondering if her flapping would clock me upside the head with nickel plate…

42 miles is a stout ride. Today would have been a beauteous day to ride here . . . low 70s. Supposed to get up to 8 inches of snow tomorrow night. Ahh, Colorado. Will the weather hold for awhile where you live?

I’m in NC. It’s getting cold nights. It is definitely time to get some middle weight gear… My old stuff is 20 years old…
My SO is on a comfort bike… A REALLY nice comfort bike (light, great drive train, components, and etc…) but still quite upright! She gets through these rides due to her spectacular conditioning.
Life has been too fast to keep up… Missed too many lifts… Missed too much sleep…
Lot’s of stress on the parenting side of things…

I think I can’t double up and do push and pull in same workout just because I would otherwise miss a lift…
So ordered spotting stand so it is better/easier/safer working at home…
Those 3x3 @500 are fierce pulling, absolutely bad ass.

Stand works well, not rock solid but even when I bobbled 155 upon re-racking it was stable enough that double the bobble would have been fine!
Needed rack as new (well 3 months now) parenting duties and kid schedule was costing me too many lifts at gym. Final straw was that I was only able to get my son to gym like twice in a month. His lifts fell big time… He’s also had trouble eating and lost the 5 pounds he regained with quite the effort…
your pulling is great indeed
I liked the power squat or v squat
but like most HS or HS styled machines I have no idea
how to load them so I just keep putting on plates
its kind of strange sometimes.
