If you feel triceps are the weak link in your bench, use close grip bench as a main assistance movement + some bodybuilding fluff to pump them big enough to require their own area code.
As for biceps, chins with palms facing you and basically any kind of curls. Iām a huge fan of hammer and pinwheel curls as they also hit the brachialis.

dumbbell bench stuff has good carryover for size and added work. I used to lots of hammer curls with thick dumbbell , they make the forearms grow .
