Abs Burning from Softball

My question is how come when I try to make a long throw from the outfield my abs will cramp briefly and then I have a burning sensation. Am I throwing incorrectly do I need to work my core. Am I some kind of freaky pansy and I just need to suck it up?? Has anyone else ever gone through this. Many thanks in advance.

I think you’re either a pansy, throwing very incorrectly or out of shape (softball shape). I’ve played baseball collegiately and have never heard of such a thing.

Very bizarre. I’d say you owe yourself a fair deal of reading and practice on throwing technique. The other guy could have been right about electrolytes too…
