About Isometric Training

Does it help you gain way more strength/speed and especially more EXPLOSIVITY?

Im talking about isometric with 100% capacity of your strength or 110% for 2-3 seconds burst

I already implemented them in my training schedule but i need some more answers :stuck_out_tongue:

It is a good technique for getting past sticking points but I donā€™t think it is as effective for gaining strength or explosiveness as some advocates like Jay Schroeder suggest (I actually used his approach for awhile and did not see much improvement).
