Ab Chisel & Muscle Gain

Hey Guys,
I’m a pretty fit 163 right now and I’ve always been fit, but went on a weight/muscle gain over the summer and went from 145/150 to ~165 but got in a car accident over the fall so a lot of the weight just sat on my stomach. It’s been hard to maintain the weight but I have mostly through the winter and now that I’m back 100% I still want to build a bit of muscle in my arms/chest, but since this is the first time I’ve had weight on I’m worried about chiseling mainly my stomach back down.

(Stomach and Chest are the only places I need to chisel back down)

So basically asking if there any suggestions on chiseling for summer while maintaining the same weight so the build really shows?

I do cardio/total body aerobics 3 times a week and lift weights 3-4.

Do sets of hanging butt-ceilings supersetted with P90X and supplement with weight-loss waistband soaked in creatine.

I’m going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you’re not a troll–going against my better judgment.

Frankly, unless you’re four feet tall, your body weight doesn’t make it seem like if you got to a “chiseled” body fat then you would actually be all the chiseled. Clean up your diet, lift heavy weights, be sure to condition, and then if you want to add if some HST work for chest and arms, go for it.

No Troll lol, but yeah like I said I was gaining and kinda got sidelined so back to trying to gain to 165-170, but wanna cut for the summer. I’ll try some HST workouts for Chest n arms though.
