I think there may be a way to remove or cancel your post. I would recommend that you do that. There are a bunch of guys here who apparently live to rip into guys (on the net) for stupid posts like this. Seriously, lots and lots of information is here just waiting for you to pick it up for free. Pick any of the myriad of routines or approaches (TBT, ESD, etc) and if you have a question ask it then. Your post looks like a request for someone to go read the articles and then cut and paste some info for you. A lot to ask for on your very first post.
i know that its not something that can be done simultaniously with massive results in both area
and i understand that calorie in calories out leads to bf% reduction my concern is a diet that will allow enough of the essential to drop the bf but still allow me to build and maintain muscle

What do you want to accomplish right now? Cut BF or build muscle. Give it some thought, and when you decide which is the most important to you, you may proceed. Until then you will be spinning your wheels.

Assuming he’s still experienced, I mean, he’s only 20-years-old, I bet he starts laying down a lot of muscle he’ll be more cut over time. Even if he doesn’t lower her body fat percentage, he’ll look more cut at a heavier body weight if most of the weight he puts on is muscle.

Know what I mean?[/quote]
Absolutely, however, from his post it sounds like he already has been training for a while, so the whole newb gains wouldn’t really apply. If that’s the case, I think it’s very difficult to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time.
Obviously if he gains 20lbs of muscle while adding no bodyfat, his body comp will have shifted. I just think way too many people have a difficult time with the concept of gaining or cutting, and not doing both at the same time.

Agreed. That’s something that took me awhile to realize, as well.
