oh, most of the time I have my i-pod for that reason. Thanks for stopping by!
I definitely felt the stretch at that depth…the thing about going fast, is that my grip starts to give…darn sweaty hands!
side lying ext rot-3x8x10s(no 12s in sight, and the 15 was too much)
2- incline db bench- 2x6/3/1- 40,45,50, 45,50,55Fail!! those damn things, ROAR!! I’m thinking I’d be able to do it, if I wasn’t bouncing back and forth between the rows.
2b- bent bb row-supinated- 2x6/3/1- 95,115,135…115,135,155
3-bb floor press- 3x12x115
3b- t-bar row- 3x12x55
3c- bent row to clavicle- 3x12x85
And I think I can see some separation going in my quads Only from far away though, haha…
I’ve been here there and everywhere…finals for school are due by friday…and we’ve been busy packing getting ready to move on Saturday, down the street about 3 miles…ah the joys of being a military family…
Skipped the gym this morning to go on a field trip with my son…
Tomorrow is DL day…the set reps are 2x 6/3/1…I’m going to try and pull as heavy as I can…I’ve never struggled for a lockout, and everyone says I don’t lift heavy enough, so…
But if I injure myself I’m blaming all of you…j/k!
I gave up the strongman comp, because of a pending family trip home, we were supposed to be going in June…but of course now it got bumped back to July…
It’s for the best, because when the next comp comes around, I’ll be even STRONGER!! Besides last time I heard, there was only ONE other female that had signed up for this comp…
It would be cool to find something more local as well…I was going to have travel a good 8 hours away just to compete!
Good training today!
I think I keep subconsciously keep leaving my notebook at home, because I don’t want to do the routine…I did wing it though, cause I took a peek at it before I left…
1.(supposed to be doing power cleans here, but I’m chicken) Squats- 8x3-worked up to 160…vid to come…
Deadlifts- 8x3- worked up to 205, then went for 225…video to come…
3a. Front squats- 3x8x85
3b. GHRs- 3xAMRAP, 6,6,6
4 RDL’s- 4x10x135(went all the way down this time)
Did some HS ISO rows-4x10x120
And bb shurgs- 4x8x135
BB curls- 4x8,7,7x 50lbs
This has been THE ONLY time I let extras sneak in, aside from what is written…I had a lot of energy left, and I suppose I was also stalling in coming home…stupid homework.
I skipped cardio, since I had already been there two hours!!

Goodness…when it rains, it pours! I hate moving. I really hate it. DId I mention I hate moving?
I hate moving too…our average is about once every 1-2 years…sucky!! One time we moved three times within 2 years!
Thankfully we won’t have to move again until his orders are up here…then we’ll probably headed back down to FL, where hopefully we will be for the rest of the time he is in! (hopefully)

looking strong girl! It is great that when you decided to chicken out–you chickened out to do squats! Most people chicken out on squats and got do curls or some other BS!

Just got the computer up and running last night…
Back to “work,”(the gym) today…haven’t been since last Thursday…[/quote]
Yay! I had a million excuses (most legit) and bagged the gym for a few weeks, but back at it now. I wish I could figure out why the heck my shoulder keeps bothering me, even when I am NOT lifting…
Hey Chrys- training is no problemo for me…I can train intensely for a couple hours a day 4-5 times a week…but being responsible for keeping proper nutrition 24/7 is more of a challenge!!
Bench-5x5x95
Bent row-4x12,12,10,10x95
db incline press- 4x9,9,9,9x40s
db flies-4x12x25s(up)
Tricep rope pulldowns-4x12x30(go up) supersetted with
Face pulls- 4x12x50lb(go up)
Front raises-4x12x10s(go up!) supersetted with
OH tricep press- 4x12x40s(go up next week)
um ya…I highly enjoyed doing some stuff that I haven’t in awhile! It only took me about an hour, because I kept the rests short and sweet! But I’m back on the “program,” tomorrow…really want to say that I saw something through to the end…was getting ready to bag it and do my own thing.
Internet took a dump on us yesterday…but I’m here now
Yesterday was heavy leg day, and I worked up to a single of 185(squat) it felt awesome!
This older lady that was working beside me on some other squat machine was in awe, and her eyes would grow wider each time I added weight to the bar…it was funny!
Hmm, thats funny…I just noticed that I’m a level ZERO? weird…
See saw press- 4x8x35s(8 each side) supersetted with
Lat pulldowns- 4x10x90(+2 reps on all sets, +20lbs!)
Bent lat raises- 4x10x25s supersetted with
Wide grip pullups(assisted -115lbs) 4x10,8,7,5,5
BB curls(fixed weight) 3x 6,6,6 x 50lb and then 40lbs for 4 more reps after each set of 6 reps for a total of 10 reps…did that make sense? haha
Cardio
20 min upright bike-level 11 intervals(45s hill, 1 min steady)
In other interesting news, I am starting the Rapid Fat loss diet on Monday…I will be scaling back the training a bit to just 3x/week, and doing a lot more walking…My hopes are that I will still maintain the strength at least.I’m tired of this fat hanging around…I just want to get on with my life! I’ve never done a hardcore diet like this! It’ll be interesting to say the least…stay tuned!

Awesome! I am still working on depth and form, so am using pretty much just the bar with a little weight, but I aspire to be able to do what you do, one day!
